Mammadov Rumin resides in the Susaigishlak village of Khachmaz raion. He is engaged in the production of apple juice in Guba ABAD Factory Production Complex:

“It has been 4-5 years, I'm trying to squeeze and store fruit juice by natural technique. I used to prepare juices before with a domestic way, and I thought that it was a best and straightforward way to get the purest, natural and non-chemical product. But after getting acquainted with the ABAD Factory Production Complex in Guba I learned about the equipment for the production of fruit juice here. This news was so satisfying that I decided to become an ABAD producer. "

Currently, Rumin is engaged in the production of apple juice at Factory together with his family. Even natural additives are not used in the preparation of this product: only sugar and citric acid are added immediately after juice extracted in place:

"In the future, we plan to produce juices also from other fruits like pear, quince and so on. Apples that are used for juice are from our orchard. This garden is located in Lajat village of Khachmaz region. Lajat gardens are very popular with two varieties of apples "Palmet" and "Simirenka". Now, using the fruit of our garden, we manage the packaging, labelling and certification of our product using modern equipment in the complex.
