Mrs Minnavar Tyljakova is the owner of the family business that produces these spreads in the Balakan district.

"I have a secondary education, my family is engaged in the different fields of agricultural production including tobacco growing, sericulture, etc. I have been working as a chef since 2000, and have always been keen on cooking. I began to invent various desserts made of walnuts, hazelnuts, dates that are the numerous blessings of our region. Then, seeing my grandchildren's love of chocolate cream for breakfast, I decided to make it more wholesome. So I developed a new recipe that was completely natural and healthy. At the time, ABAD had already become a well-known and respected organization in Balakan, and I applied to become one of their members as soon as I was sure of my recipe," she says.

Signing a contract with ABAD, in 2019, M.Tyljakova became one of the ABAD producers. ABAD provided her with the equipment and facilities needed for the production of spreads. Her chocolate nut butter introduced to the market in late 2019 and, as we have already noted, gained great popularity among customers.
