Vüsal Arzumanlı (July 30, 1987, Baku) — Deputy Director of the “ABAD” public legal entity run by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Life
Vüsal Arzumanlı was born on July
30, 1987, in Baku. He received his primary education at Secondary School №1 named after Namig Akhundov and in 2004 was
admitted to the Faculty of International Law at Khazar University. During his
student years, he worked as a volunteer assistant lawyer at the "Law
Clinic" established at the university under the initiative of the American
Bar Association.
From 2011 to 2012, he served in the Armed Forces of
the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He is fluent in English, Russian, and Turkish.
He is married and has a child.
Activity
From 2015 to 2016, Vüsal Arzumanlı worked as an
operations officer of PTSs at "CPC" (Caspian Pipe Coatings). In 2016,
he co-founded the legal company "VETA Group" and served as its
Director.
Since 2017, he has worked as Chief Legal Officer at
“ABAD” public legal entity run by the State Agency for Public Service and
Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2018,
he was appointed Head of the Document Flow, Law, and Human Resources
Department. Since 2021, he has been serving as Deputy Director of the “ABAD”
public legal entity.
He acts as an expert for numerous institutions and projects supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises in the country.
Awards
- In 2017, he was awarded an Honorary Diploma by the Director of
“ABAD”.
- In 2020, he received a Letter of Appreciation from the Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for his effective work.
