She prepares various handicrafts, such as embroidery made with beads, traditional dolls, and arakchins (a skull-cap/traditional style headgear).
She remarks:
“Although all my family members have quite different occupations, each of them has a high capacity in decorative arts. My sister and I, both have been fond of painting so that our family supported us to develop our skills, as they felt our aspiration of painting. Subsequently, we continued our higher education in this field”.
As mentioned above, Aybeniz studied painting and after successfully completing her higher education, she built a small-sized family business together with her sister.
Ms.Aybeniz Yusubova prefers to use symbols and carpet patterns that reflect our national culture on her products.
These products are currently kept in private collections in many foreign countries. Simultaneously, Ms.Yusubova has participated in many exhibitions and her personal exhibition held in 2013.
Aybeniz addressed ABAD to introduce her handicrafts to a wider audience and to promote our culture worldwide.
She receives support from ABAD in regard to the organization of the sales.
At present, her products are accessible in all ABAD exhibition and sales centers.
