Viktoriya Eyvazova

Victoria Eyvazova, a resident of Baku, Azerbaijan, is professionally trained as a medical practitioner but identifies primarily as an independent artist, driven by a deep-seated passion for creative expression. Reflecting on her artistic journey, she notes:

“My inclination toward painting manifested in childhood. The act of decorating large clay vessels with intricate patterns for our family’s garden residence marked a turning point, allowing me to perceive myself as a creative individual. This fulfillment propelled me into an entirely new realm of artistic exploration. Subsequently, I established a personal workshop, dedicating extended periods to honing my craft.”

Eyvazova’s engagement with the ABAD program has significantly enriched her artistic career, providing both recognition and opportunities for growth. She states:

“The acknowledgment of my talent through ABAD has been profoundly gratifying. The display of my artisanal works at ABAD sales centers inspires me to further refine my creations. My future aspirations include expanding my practice to incorporate painted designs on upholstered furniture, thereby exploring new dimensions of decorative art.”

Eyvazova’s handcrafted works, characterized by their fusion of traditional Azerbaijani aesthetics with innovative techniques, are exhibited and available for purchase at ABAD sales centers, contributing to the preservation and promotion of Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage.
