ABAD participated in the first Azerbaijan Grape and Wine Festival in Meysari village of Shamakhi district on August 30-31.
First-ever Grape and Wine Festival was held in Azerbaijan. The event has been organized on the territory of the viticulture and winemaking complex Shirvan Sharablari LLC.
The festival jointly organized by Ministry of Agriculture, Executive power of Shamakhi district, Regional Development Public Union (RDPU), State Tourism Agency and National Carpet Museum with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.The festival is aimed at promoting local production of grapes and wine, increasing the export potential of wine and bringing the history of winemaking in Azerbaijan to the guests’ attention.
ABAD PLE is represented at the festival by its "AVEY" brand, as well as different kinds of cheese made by ABAD producers.
Various enlightening and entertainment events dedicated to the viticulture and winemaking and the country’s tourism potential is being conducted during the festival.
