ABAD was represented in the international tourism investment forum “Turkistan: One Way - One History”

On November 4 the international tourism investment forum “Turkistan: One Way - One History” took place.
Within the framework of the forum, the delegation of ABAD showcased ABAD’s stall following the letter of intent signed between Turkistan province and ABAD PLE. The forum brought together experts, representatives of the tourism business from countries of near and far abroad. The main topic of the forum was the investment in tourism and the huge tourism potential of the region.
The event kicked off with camel rides, a “Silk Road” photo exhibition and a video presentation of the tourism potential of the Turkestan region. As part of the forum, the Taigazan gastronomic festival and the “Silk Road Craftsman 2019” exhibition of decorative and applied crafts of the Turkic states were held. ABAD craftsmen also held master-class during the exhibition.
Note that the protocol of intent was signed between the ABAD and the executive power of the Turkestan province of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 5, 2019, in Baku. The document aims to further develop micro and small businesses in the Turkestan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the ABAD model of Azerbaijan.
