Certificates provided to participants of “ASAN–Vocation” training upon completion of the course in Sheki

Within the framework of the "ASAN Vocational" project, courses and trainings are being conducted for those who want to gain a profession that will play an important role in enhancing their knowledge and contributing to employee engagement, as well as to the development of the regional economy.
Thus, theoretical and practical trainings for 49 people of different age categories were conducted by ABAD’s trainers in October 2019 and January 2020 at the ASAN Life complex. Those who successfully completed the courses were given certificates.
Trainings are conducted in four different areas: painting, ICT, chess and gardening. There is no age limit for participation and trainings are free of charge. The courses at ASAN Life complex aim to train qualified personnel and increase their competitiveness in labour market. ASAN Vocational Centre is equipped with all requisite equipment, training and teaching materials.
Trainings are currently underway. Regular chess tutorials are designed to create a general perception of chess by teaching the moves on the board. The painting classes include painting techniques and setting up different shapes, and gardening trainings teach sericulture, tobacco growing. Besides, ICT classes aim at teaching Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Windows.
This should be mentioned that the scope of trainings will be expanded from this year onwards.
