On December 1, ABAD, a public legal entity, was represented at a webinar organized by The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) within the framework of the OECD Eurasia Competitiveness Programme. This webinar provided a platform for policymakers from Azerbaijan to share experiences and discuss ideas to promote SME development in Azerbaijan, including in the context of the Covid-19 crisis. Participants will discuss the impact of the Covid-19 crisis on SMEs and how the government can mitigate its negative impact on businesses, with a particular focus on SME digitalisation.
ABAD was represented at the webinar by Laman Ahmadova, Head of the Marketing, International and Public Relations Department of ABAD public legal entity.
In her speech, L. Ahmadova made a presentation on the institutions under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations, and in particular the transformation of the ABAD model into digitalization.
