
On the occasion of the International Day of Disabled Persons, the presentation of the "I succeeded myself" project and a fair of handicrafts of women belonging to vulnerable segments of society were held on December 4 at the Yevlakh SME House.
Along with the representatives of other
agencies and public associations, the fair was attended by Vusal Arzumanli,
Deputy Director of ABAD public legal entity. He delivered a speech about the
support measures and projects provided to people with disabilities within the
framework of ABAD’s activities.
The fair is organized by the Ujar-Zardab SME
Development Center of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA)
under the technical support of the German International Cooperation Agency's
(GIZ) "Economic and Social Development of Low-Income IDPs and Indigenous
Peoples in the South Caucasus" program.
It should be noted 11 physically challenged
people have benefited from ABAD's support program so far.
