The International Day for Protection of Children was celebrated at Nardaran ABAD Ceramics and Applied Arts center

On the occasion of June 1 - The International Day for Protection of Children, a festival titled "Make Children Smile " was held, jointly organized by Sabunchu District Executive Authority and Baku City Youth and Sports’ company headquarters. The festival was held in front of Sabunchu district, Nardaran settlement, Nardaran Cultural Center, and ABAD Ceramics and Applied Art centers.
Within the
framework of the festival, the artists of the Nardaran ABAD Ceramics and
Applied Arts center held master classes for children on pottery, ceramics, and
painting. In addition, an "Open Day" was held in the center, where
the sales of handicrafts were also organized.
It should be
noted that Nardaran ABAD Ceramics and Applied Art Centre was built and put into
use in 2018-2019 with the support of "TIKA" and "PASHA
Holding". The aim of the center is to preserve and pass on the historic
ceramic traditions of our country to future generations, as well as to
introduce various types of Azerbaijani clay to the world.
