
With
the support of the Ministry of Culture, and the partnership between the
Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan
Creative Industries Federation (AYSF), the next training was held on the
"Development of heritage management skills" programme.
The
training course, which kicked off on October 13, is dedicated to the UNESCO
Convention for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage adopted in
2003. The course is held within the framework of the "Development of
Heritage Management Skills" training programme by the "Global
Communications and Innovations" company.
On
the second day of the training, the director of the ABAD public legal entity Rufat
Elchiyev to a floor to deliver an extensive information about the activities of
ABAD and the institution's contributions to the protection of intangible
cultural heritage.
It
should be noted that ABAD public legal entity operates with the aim of
developing micro, small and medium entrepreneurship in the country band
implements support projects for family businesses working in the fields of
decorative-applied folk crafts and food production.
