
The
professional staff of the ABAD public legal entity regularly attend various
local and international training programs to develop their potential,
knowledge, and skills. Our staff members participated in numerous training
programs and seminars in countries like China, Japan, The United Kingdom of
Northern Ireland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Morocco, Italy, etc.
The
following educational visit took place to the Jaipura Institute of Management
located in Noida, India, within the framework of the "Indian Technical and
Economic Cooperation" (ITEC) program. Rashad Mutalibov, the project
manager of the "Decorative-applied folk arts" department of the ABAD
public legal entity, participated in the training titled "Unleashing the
leadership DNA in small & medium enterprises" on January 9-27, 2023.
Representatives from 18 other countries including Argentina, The Russian Federation,
Tajikistan, and Sri Lanka also attended the training.
Within
the framework of the training, Rashad Mutalibov provided a detailed and
informative presentation to the delegation about ABAD public legal entity and
its activities.
In
the last week of the trip, the participants got acquainted with the Taj Mahal,
which is included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list, and other famous
architectural monuments of India.
