On April 13, 2023, a meeting took place between the representatives of the ABAD public legal entity and entrepreneurs in the administrative building of the Executive Power of Yasamal District. Director of ABAD public legal entity Rufat Elchiyev and 1^st deputy head of  Huseyn Efendiyev took part in the meeting.

Starting the meeting with the opening speech, the 1st Deputy Head of the Executive Power stated that the principles and traditions of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the direction of entrepreneurship are being resolutely continued today by the head of the state Ilham Aliyev. He also informed the participants of the meeting about the projects that were implemented over the course of the last years. He emphasized the importance of the expansion of the network of ABAD centers as well as the promoting provision of support to family farms by large companies.

Rufat Elchiyev, director of the ABAD public legal entity, said that the activities of ABAD are aimed at ensuring the active participation of the citizens in the socioeconomic development of the county, the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, raising the employment rate of the population and supporting the formation of competitive family businesses in the country.  In addition, he informed the entrepreneurs about the work done and the upcoming projects.

The event was then continued in the form of a mutual exchange of ideas and the questions of entrepreneurs were answered during the Q&A session.
