A series of events in connection with the
implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on
declaring 2023 "Year of Heydar Aliyev" continues.
On September 11, 2023, the "Magic of
Hands" exhibition was held under the joint organization of the "ABAD"
public legal entity and the Balakan District Cultural Center. The exhibition
was held in the Heydar Aliyev Center of the Balakan region within the framework
of the "Creative Autumn" project of the Ministry of Culture of the
Republic of Azerbaijan.
At the exhibition, Hasan Allahyarov, Mirvari Azizova, Leyla Bayramova, Malahat
Alyasova, Arzu Khalilova, Esmira Aliyeva, Kamala Umakhanova, and other
"ABAD" artists represented different fields of folk crafts including leather
tanning, carpet weaving, weaving, painting, etc.
It should be noted that the next cultural
event dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader is scheduled for
September 14 in Balakan district with the participation of "ABAD"
members.
