On December 19, 2023, a meeting was held in the administrative building of the Khazar Raion Executive Authority on the continuation of the expansion of the network of "ABAD" centers and the promotion of support to family businesses by large companies.

 

Elshan Gurbanov, the first deputy head of the REA, Afsar Mirzaliyev, the deputy of the REA, Rufat Elchiyev, the director of the "ABAD" public legal entity, Vusal Arzumanli, the deputy director of the "ABAD" public legal entity, department heads from both of organizations, mayors operating in the district and other representatives took part in the meeting.

 

Opening the meeting with an introductory speech, the first deputy head of the executive authority stressed that the principles and traditions of our nation's National Leader Heydar Aliyev are being resolutely continued by the head of state Mr. Ilham Aliyev in the direction of the development of entrepreneurship, and informed the participants of the meeting about the projects implemented within the past years. Elshan Gurbanov also spoke about the continuation of the expansion of the network of "ABAD" centers and the promotion of support to family farms by large companies.

 

Rufat Elchiyev, director of the public legal entity, said that the activity of "ABAD" is aimed at supporting the active participation of citizens in the socio-economic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the development of micro, small, and medium entrepreneurship, increasing the employment level of the population and the formation of competitive family farms. In addition, he gave extensive information about the work done and the projects planned in the future.

 

The event was then continued in the form of a mutual exchange of ideas and a question-and-answer session.
