On October 4, the “Goygol Brandy–Cognac Day” event was held in the Heydar Aliyev Culture and Recreation Park in Goygol city. The event was organized by the Goygol District Executive Power with the participation of the Agrarian Innovation Center, the State Tourism Agency, and other partner institutions.
The main purpose of the event was to preserve Goygol’s ancient traditions of viticulture and winemaking, to promote brandy and cognac culture, and to present local products and tourism potential to a wide audience.
“ABAD” public legal entity was represented at the event with its own exhibition stand. The stand featured samples of decorative and applied folk art — including jewelry, wood carving, pottery, painting, weaving, and other handmade works by “ABAD” artisans — along with food products and various types of wine. These products attracted great interest from both local and foreign visitors.
At the end of the event, “ABAD” was awarded a certificate and was recognized as one of the significant initiatives supporting local craftsmanship and family businesses.
